Risa Dorken is reprising her role as Nurse Amy Driscoll on “General Hospital.” The actress debuted her character on the show back in May 2016 and was last seen earlier this year during the sudser’s 2109 Nurses’ Ball. Her return date and storyline will be revealed once more information is made available.

Dorken announced her return to the show and offered viewers a reminder regarding the show’s schedule. As fans know, the soap has pre-empted its programming, along with other networks, to make way for the coverage of Donald Trump’s public impeachment hearing.

Daytime Programming Pushed Back For Impeachment Hearing

Regular daytime programming will be pushed aside and this will continue for the whole duration of the public impeachment hearing and that means the episodes of “General Hospital” will be pushed back. Viewers will just have to wait for Amy’s return for Port Charles. But for now, here are a few spoilers for November 18. There will be huge developments that fans can look forward to. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will take Cameron Webber (William Lipton) to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house. She’ll most likely ask him to apologize for what he’s done. However, Sonny won’t be in a forgiving mood.

Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will walk in on Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), with the latter, only wearing the shirt of Finn. The pair will have to explain not only to Anna but to Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) as well.
