Speaking to ABC Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor Jon Lindstrom, who plays the villainous Ryan Chamberlain on the hit daytime television show, weighs in on his character’s master plan and of course, his true intentions. After all, if there’s one thing we know about Ryan it’s that he is a very twisted villain that certainly can’t be trusted, regardless of who he is working with.

Jon tells the publication, “Ryan doesn’t do things without thinking first. Whether you are on it or not, there’s always an agenda with him. But he knows exactly what he’s doing and what the endgame will be. So if he’s supposedly trying to help Nelle get out there, there is something that he is going to get out of this. Just count on it.”

Knowing all too well that Ryan is very manipulative and that he always operates with his best interests in mind, we have a feeling that Nelle might want to watch her back. Sure, Ryan is helping her get her freedom back, but that won’t come without a cost!

But on the other hand, Nelle is one smart cookie, too. She is going to try and outwit and out manipulate everyone with every step that she takes. After all, Nelle didn’t get this far in life by being naïve. She knows that Ryan will want something in return for his help, but don’t think that Nelle is about to give him what he wants.
