General Hospital Spoilers: Sam’s Secrets Will Come Out, And Dante Won’t Forgive Her

General Hospital spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) recently moved in together, blending their families and their lives. With Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) showing no signs of waking up from her coma any time soon, fans have assumed things would be smooth sailing for this couple, but it looks like their first hiccup is about to arrive.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sam McCall Jumped Into A Hole To Save Damian Spinelli

When Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) revealed to Sam that he had committed numerous federal crimes in the pursuit of finding an algorithm for true love with his newly acquired company, Society Setups, she took just 24 hours to decide she would help him dig his way out of the mess he had made. What are friends for, right?

We’re not sure Dante would have jumped to help a friend in this kind of need quite so quickly, and that is one of many fundamental differences in Dante and Sam’s characters that have thus far been overlooked. Sam knows she can’t help Spinelli and remain honest with her boyfriend, but she’s comfortable doing it anyway.

GH Spoilers – Tease Cody Bell Will Make Everything Worse

Dante does know what it’s like to have friends in low places. That’s where Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) comes into the mix. His childhood chum is still up to no good, and when Dante finds out about it, the last thing he’s going to expect is that Sam was involved in any way, shape, or form.

General Hospital - Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)

Sure, Cody found out about Spinelli’s transgressions against privacy laws, and he used that information as leverage to blackmail him. He also likely has less-than-pure intentions as to why he needed to blackmail Spinelli into linking him with Brit Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

But Sam knows all of this happened and has done nothing about it — all in the name of protecting herself and saving her friend. Is she any less culpable for what crimes Cody may commit or how Britt gets hurt in the process if she knows and stays silent?

General Hospital Spoilers — Dante Falcneri Won’t Care About Sam McCall’s Intentions

When the truth comes out — as it always does — Sam may try to explain to Dante that she couldn’t tell him what Spinelli was up to without implicating him and leaving him on the hook for either keeping Spinelli’s crimes a secret or reporting him to the NSA. Surely, Sam doesn’t actually want to put Dante in that position.

But in Dante’s book of ethics, the right thing to do would likely be to step back from the mess entirely, not roll up one’s sleeves and get messy with the criminal. Of course, this may be the part where Cody steps back in to correct Dante the kettle from calling Sam black.

After all, Dante was the same criminal once himself, and it was Cody who got his hands dirty helping him. Do you think Dante will be able to forgive Sam for intentionally keeping him in the dark?
