General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will again be in danger. It looks like the PCPD will close in on slimy doctor Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) but will Montague slither out of his charges?

General Hospital Spoilers – An Arrest And Panic Sets In
Sasha will again be in danger the week of October 2, while during the week of September 25 Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will make an arrest.
Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will panic around the same time, so that could mean Montague is the one arrested, and she’s afraid he’ll flip on her.
The evidence Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) brings to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is Sasha’s blood work from the day Sasha stabbed Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Dante was trying to get it but the subpoena was taking too long and Sasha and Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) couldn’t hide out in that cabin for long.

So Sam went to GH and got Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to pull it up and she took a photo and sent it to Sam’s phone.
GH Spoilers – Mac Scorpio Is On Their Side
Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is on their side, but will Dante’s subpoena come through in time for the medical records to be admissible in court?
Even Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) might have a problems with medical records obtained via a workaround like that-although they do prove probable cause. They still have to prove the extra drugs came from Montague even if they are allowed as evidence in court.
They would have Sasha and Cody’s testimony, but has Montague done things like this before; a deep dive on his medical credentials and history may prove helpful.

Montague, in the meantime is pressing charges against Cody for assault and battery and kidnapping; he has more going in his favor than Sasha and Cody do for them.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Again In Danger
Unfortunately, after the arrest and booking, Montague slithers out of the charges, citing unlawful accessing of private medical records by a hospital employee-hiding behind HIPAA.
Montague’s lawyer fought the issuance of a subpoena; not only that, but he flips on Gladys and throws her under the bus, and she’s in the hot seat now.
Sasha reconsiders Cody’s suggestion that they go on the run, although it’s not a perfect solution by any means; she really doesn’t look forward to the life of a fugitive.
But they have to do something, and do it fast-as long as Montague is on the loose, Sasha is in danger. Sam and Dante are flummoxed, considering helping them run!

If Dr. Montague does get out of his charges then the Police should follow him and Sasha to make a trap. They know that the Dr. will try to pull a fast one on them and make it look like Cody and Sasha are the guilty ones. If Dr. Montague does try to drug Sasha again they would witness it for themselves if the follow and try to protect her.
