General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Has Been Depending More And More On Uppers To Get Her Through Her Days

Viewers will recall that Sasha has been depending more and more on uppers. It appears that the substance is cocaine, which is an upper. It’s just not in pill form. The pain she has felt over her decision to conspire with Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has become too much.

They conspired with each other to have Willow Tait, now Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) believe they were cheating on them with each other. This was to push them together for Wiley Corinthos’ (Erik and Theodore Olson) sake. Michael had been in a custody battle with Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) and being married to Willow would look better to the judge than being married to Sasha.

Sasha wasn’t ready to be a mother anyway, even a stepmother although she loves Wiley. although both she and Chase wish they could. Nelle, now presumed dead, can no longer be considered a threat. Now that Willow has agreed to adopt Wiley, it’s way too late to confess the truth. Sasha meant to take the cocaine that the woman in wardrobe gave her only one time – but now that one time has turned into many! But Sasha can’t get away with using cocaine or other uppers forever. She is looking more and more worn and tired, and it’s noticeable. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) called her on it!

GH Spoilers – Sasha Is Supposed To Be Appearing At The Big Introduction Of The New Deception

Sasha is supposed to be appearing at the big introduction of the new “Deception Cosmetics” and there of course will be pre-publicity photo shoots. As “The Face Of Deception” she has to be in all publicity shots and events. That’s another reason she couldn’t have been a stepmother to Wiley – she would have to be gone too much with her career. The pace she has been keeping is exhausting, but she cannot let herself slow down.

She cannot let herself rest. There is always a photoshoot, always an appearance, always a plan that Lucy or Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has to discuss with her. There is no option for a vacation or even a nap. She’s not sleeping well, but she doesn’t take anything to help with that – she’s afraid if she does, she may never wake up! So, when she hasn’t gotten enough sleep, she takes another hit of the drug to get her through the day. Sasha’s been doing this for weeks now and trying to cover it with makeup and bright, bubbly behavior.

But now it looks like it might be catching up with her…and the morning she is supposed to be at this important photoshoot, she oversleeps, and hard! She doesn’t hear anything – her alarm clock, numerous texts, and calls from Lucy, not even a loud knocking on her door! Lucy is frantic – Sasha’s star! Where is she? It doesn’t even occur to flighty Lucy that something may actually be wrong with Sasha!
