General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, January 22-Friday, January 26, 2024, tease a big brother in trouble, a worried patient, and a war declaration.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) in trouble, Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) a worried patient and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) makes a war declaration.
General Hospital Spoilers: Big Brother In Trouble
Spencer is at the Port Charles Police Department answering to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as he tells Dante he let his father take his baby brother.
Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) had come to make amends with Spencer, and Spencer wanted him to stay, but he said he couldn’t-and he met Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).
Nikolas wanted to take both Spencer and Ace but Spencer wanted to stay because of Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Dante shakes his head and tells him maybe he should arrest Spencer instead. Spencer and Nikolas both felt Ace would be safer with Nikolas on the run than Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) who they are convinced got her memories back.
GH Spoilers: Worried Patient
At GH, Curtis is worried after his experimental surgery to help him walk again-the specialist and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) are doing pin prick tests on his feet and legs.
Stella Henry, (Vernee Watson) Marshall Ashford, (Robert Gossett) Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) all stand around serious and sad looking, no doubt Curtis noticing.

Curtis asks did the surgery work, or didn’t it-no one seems to be able to give him an answer just yet, and it was a risky surgery-he may not have survived.
Curtis’ condition would be of particular concern to Trina, who has been hesitant to go to Paris to study at the Sorbonne, a prestigious art school for a semester.
But later in the week Curtis throws a Bon Voyage party for Trina and Spencer, so it sounds like she’s convinced to go and Spencer’s not in jail!

General Hospital Spoilers: A Declaration Of War
At the offices of Crimson Magazine, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) are busy clearing out all of Nina’s things from the office after Drew fired Nina.
To add insult to injury, he hired Carly as Nina’s replacement as editor in chief, even though Carly knows nothing about the job or how to do it. Carly throws Nina’s nameplate in the trashcan and grins and gloats at Drew, knowing it’s the perfect revenge.
Drew and Carly may think that they’ve beaten Nina and she’ll just skulk out of town with her tail between her legs like a whipped puppy. But they vastly underestimate her, she looks like an angry bulldog ready to bite as she says “If Carly and Drew want a war, they’ve got one!”
