Scout has issued an SOS twice now, figuring out a way to visit the Quartermaine mansion without her father knowing, from camp. Will Scout pull the plug on her father’s games and attempt to file for emancipation?
Scout’s Only Way Out
Scout’s loved ones are stuck between a rock and a hard place right now. As Drew is the girl’s only guardian, and she’s so young, what he says goes.
Still, Scout has had a tough year with losing her mom, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and then moving out of the Quartermaine mansion and away from her brothers, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
On top of that, Drew cut the cord for Scout to see her two grandmothers – Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) – as well as all her aunts and uncles on the Davis and Q side.
Scout has noted how much she misses her family, but this has fallen upon deaf ears where Drew’s concerned. With Alexis and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) legal eagles, could the two women come across an idea?

Scout’s Age Could Play A Factor
While Scout was born in February 2017, Alexis recently mentioned the young girl was 12. This is the land of soaps, where anything is possible; however, some states in America allow for emancipation as young as 13.
Drew is obviously a neglectful father, with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) constantly on his mind, versus his own daughter, and cutting off all of Scout’s family was a way to use his daughter as a pawn in his game rather than keeping her safe.
Scout does love her dad, but she doesn’t get to see him much, and she misses her extended family. If she is vocal enough, could Alexis and Molly decide to come up with a plan where Scout could cut ties with Drew and choose where she gets to live until she’s an adult?

I mean with Alexis being her Grandmother and a lawyer, I guess anything’s possible.
I think they need to kill Drew off the soap. He is not a good character.
I REALLY, REALLY HOPE SHE IS ABLE TO DO THIS!!! SHE DESERVES HAPPINESS NOT MISERY WITH HER FATHER!!
They need to kill Drew off the show.
And a judge that’s not being bribed would have to ask “What kind of father would take a child away from her entire loving family and hand her over to an unstable Looney like Willow!”. She doesn’t even have her own place to live.
With that said, right now living with Alexis is definitely not the place for her. Hopefully she’ll be able to move back to the “Q” mansion!
Smart Baby Girl…
Indeed…I Hope So As Well…
Willow is not even competent oe responsible enough to take care of her children let alone Scout.
Well in the state of Ohio u can choice at 12 who u want to live with. So I guess if she 12 then it GH anything goes!!! But all they need to do is ship that an find out Drew not her dad come everyone should know this by now
Well in the state of Ohio u can choice at 12 who u want to live with. So I guess if she 12 then it GH anything goes! On that soap as well. If Nathan is running his dad business why would he become so evil??? Makes no sence but Peter I can see him doing it..
Well that’s not necessarily true! A child can voice his opinion of where they want to live usually between the ages of 12-14, however the final decision is up to the courts after each parent is evaluated as is the child there are several things to go through before the judge decides which parent is most suitable for said child and it can take a few months!
