General Hospital spoilers and updates pose the question, were Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) involved in Miami? One can imagine an attorney and a cop crossing paths, and having a romance that perhaps went sour.
Lucas And Marco Met In Miami
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Marco met in Miami, while Lucas was at a medical convention. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) his ex-husband was in Miami too at the time, and tried for a reconciliation but Lucas didn’t trust him.
Marco and Lucas had a strong attraction, but Lucas couldn’t stay in Miami forever, and that was where Marco was based at the time.
Not long afterwards, Marco came to Port Charles but the question seemed to be whether he was smitten with Lucas, or for some other reason.
It was later on after Marco took the job with Miller and Davis that fans, and everyone else, learned he was Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez’ (Eva LaRue) son.

Could “Not Nathan West” AKA Cassius Faison Dropped An Easter Egg?
In a recent episode of the ABC soap, “Not Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) was talking with Sidwell about possible suspects in the murder of Marco.
Cassius asked if Marco had any former lovers that could have known about him and Lucas, and possibly could have killed him out of jealousy.
Even though GH fans know that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was the one who killed Marco, stabbing him with a knife, as far as the PCPD is concerned, it’s an unsolved case.
But even though there’s no reason to suspect a former jealous lover as Marco’s murder, could that have been an “Easter egg” dropped about Marco having a former boyfriend in Miami?

Could Joe Fitzpatrick have come to Port Charles hearing about Marco’s death, even though at first he didn’t think he was the right fit for the PCPD?
Jenz Lived In Port Charles And All Over The World When Marco Was In Miami
Jenz lived in Port Charles and all over the world when Marco was in Miami, and prior to Marco’s moving to Port Charles, they weren’t all that close-Marco was raised by his late mother.
That was probably another reason that Marco moved to Port Charles, because Natalia had been living in Port Charles since before his half sister Alison “Blaze” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) left town.
Jenz didn’t know of Marco’s love life, other than that like Ally, he was gay and Natalia disapproved strongly, so he wouldn’t have known if there was anyone before Lucas!
General Hospital rumors tease that Joe has come to Port Charles with his own agenda. Might that be to solve his ex-boyfriend Marco’s murder, and get to know what’s left of his family?
