General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny And Carly Kiss And Make Up At Luke’s Wake

General Hospital; Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that news of Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) demise shook any remaining cobwebs from 2021 right away and plunged the characters headfirst into the first huge drama of 2022. Assuming that he is dead, of course.

For now the townsfolk must attend to the matter of Luke’s death and all that goes along with it—comforting each other, expressing their shock, and remembering their favorite memories of the larger than life character. For his sister Barbara Jean Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) that meant calling his cell and demanding that he call her back.

Luke’s wake will also allow warring characters to back off a bit and focus on Luke. This means that CarSon will try to look beyond that nasty business with Nina Reeves (Cythnia Watros) as they join in mourning Luke.

How deep will Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) manage to bury the hurt and anger? Right now Nina is the not so secret elephant in the room and it will take a lot to budge them past that elephant.

GH spoilers – CarSon Get A Second Chance?

How did Luke come to be dead? The official story is that he was in an Austrian cable car crash. The news made headlines all the way back in PC but it wasn’t until Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) arrived to tell them that Luke perished in the crash that they learned they had lost someone near and dear.

Apparently Luke’s remains were identified, and his belongings were sent to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Of course all of this is coming from one source, and Tracy has been known to withhold the truth as well as lifesaving heart attack medication—timid she is not.

A plethora of GH fans are holding off grabbing for the tissue box until a few loose ends are tied up and/or revealed.

General Hospital spoilers – Who Goes To Luke’s Memorial?

Additionally Tracy didn’t want a funeral, which raised suspicion. Luckily Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) suggested something more festive where drinks could be held aloft while stories were told about the man, the myth, the legend. And so it will be that the town gathers to honor one of their own.

Sonny and Carly will surely be there, and it would be awkward if they were on opposite sides of the room. Is this the time and place they make peace and bury the hatchet?

      I hope with all of those who are at the services fo Luke that this will bring those he loved together. And Sonny and Carly will be able to see in there own trou les life is short. Your can be here today and gone tomorrow. Death can be for any one. They have no time for anger or bitterness but to love each other.

      I am so tired of everyone trying to make Carly larger then life like Nina is just going to except everything she dishes out like getting slapped be for real this woman is no coward remember how nasty she was with Willard and she was going to cut a baby out of Ava give me a break she don’t sound like no one that’s going to let someone slap her and all she do is hold a cold pack on her face give Nina the respect she deserves

      I don’t believe Luke is dead. But I hope Carly gets off her high horse and realizes if Nina gets wind of this separation she’ll think she has a chance with Sonny. Not to mention she’s probably stupid enough to gloat about it to Carly. Nina can’t get any justification for her lies, and encouragement that she really is the best for Sonny, and it certainly can’t come from Carly’s little hissy fit. Get Sonny and Carly back together asap!

      And I promise if this storyline ends up with just a cameo of Luke, I might be able to almost forgive the writers for the last year of crap. Well, they’ll also have to finally kill Peter off. Then maybe forgiveness.
