General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the romance between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) could hit a snag. After all, during the March 7th episode, Nina overheard Sonny talking to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) hidden romance. She seemed rather upset (and shocked) that the mob boss didn’t divulge this information to her. He was keeping Carly’s secret, as he promised. Will the unbreakable bond he has with his ex, create friction in his new romance?

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Turns To Ava Jerome To Vent

GH spoilers imply that Nina will turn to Ava Jerome (Maura West) the week of March 13th to confide in a secret. As she overheard Sonny’s conversation about the Darly romance she’ll likely be livid she wasn’t brought into the loop. Reeves will probably vent to Ava about it, and it sounds like the entire ordeal will place some cracks in the Sina romance. Nina will be hurt that Sonny didn’t share the secret, even though it wasn’t his secret to share.

With that said, Reeves’s perspective will possibly be that couples should tell each other “everything” even though Carly dating Drew has zero impact on her. Sonny will stand firm that the fewer people that know, the better. Plus, he made a promise to Carly, and he’s always been a man of his word (for the most part)

GH Spoilers – Carly & Sonny Find Themselves In A Familiar Situation

GH spoilers tease that CarSon will be placed in a “familiar” situation. Added teasers suggest that some old feelings could surface. Despite what they’ve been through over the past couple of years, Sonny’s betrayal, and their breakup, these two still care about each other. Sonny didn’t tell Nina about Carly’s relationship status because of his bond with his ex. They’ve shared a roller coaster romance over the years, which has included raising kids, mob drama, and mourning the death of a child.

While he and Nina have something great, their relationship is nowhere near what he shared with Carly. Reeves will not only be upset that Corinthos didn’t tell her about Darly, but she may also even be jealous that Sonny worked overtime to protect her and this secret. She can feel just how close he and Carly are, even though they aren’t together anymore. Can Sina survive the long haul after this bump?
