General Hospital spoilers tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is in hot water, and his family is about to go down with him if he’s not careful about his next step. Sonny has already revealed that he knows Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) are together, but what he didn’t reveal was how he found out.

The last time Dex came clean about lying to him regarding spending time with Joss, Sonny knew something was up and put a tail on Dex.

Thus, Sonny will be locked up and Carly will have to navigate his empire in his absence to keep it afloat so their whole family doesn’t fall under attack.
