General Hospital Spoilers suggest Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) recent inclination to team up with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) in an effort to lure out The Hook and catch them once and for all is rooted in her desire to seek justice. However, for Spencer, he’s looking for a way back into Trina’s orbit — and her heart.

While there might be some lingering feelings influencing Trina’s decision to join Spencer in this plan, her primary goal is trying to avenge Rory Cabrera’s (Michael Blake Kruse) death. However, when Spencer is accused of being behind all of it, it just might make Trina tailspin and refocus her attention somewhere else — but not before she hits rock bottom and buries herself in guilt over Rory’s death.

He’s ready to come clean with her and be more truthful than he’s probably been with anyone in his entire life. Despite how much he fears rejection — likely due to the constant ache of not being able to garner his father’s love without condition — Spencer is going to tell Trina he loves her.

Fans might feel a bit of a letdown when this happens, because Trina just might not be in the right place to receive it. She loves Spencer, too, but she also feels immense guilt over Rory’s death, and that’s going to have the negative effect of making Trina now feel like she doesn’t deserve love or a happy ending with Spencer.
