General Hospital spoilers tease Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has been counting down the days in Pentonville until he is free. Three months may not seem like a long time, but when you haven’t worn a shirt that fits in sixty-some days and you’re afraid for your life, it’s a pretty wearing time. When you’re a wealthy princeling and have never really had to work for much in your life, it can be even harder to adjust to life behind bars.

When his grandmother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) comes to visit, it’s the highlight of his week. This time around, it just might be the highlight of her week as well when Spencer enlightens her as to her brother’s latest move made against Victor Cassadnie (Charles Shaugnessy).

General Hospital Spoilers — Cyrus Renault vs Victor Cassadine

When Victor showed up at Pentonville to see his great nephew, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) had a bone to pick with him. The two uncles sparred, calling each other out for the horrendous acts each have taken against other people. Still, we could see the confusion and suspicion in Spencer’s eyes when Cyrus revealed that it was Victor who was behind the attack on Laura and Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) when they were in witness protection. Spencer might have to rethink his allegiance to his Uncle Victor after learning this.

The two uncles didn’t go round for round long before Spencer threw in the towel and walked out. He’s exhausted. He’s tired of trying to figure out the secrets lurking behind every member of his family. He just wants a normal life, and although he might have left the room feeling better about Cyrus than he did Victor, the battle isn’t over.

Cyrus knows how to play hardball and this will serve as a good reminder of that for Laura.
