General Hospital spoilers tease four of Port Charles’ finest are back on the map this April after having been presumed dead. Does a year ever pass in which someone doesn’t come back from the grave in this town? Perhaps Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) next book should be about that.

This Spring, we’ll see Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) come clean about their plan to defraud Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) — and he’ll buy it hook, line, and sinker, as they continue to pretend Lucy is gone.

It won’t be long before her epic return either though, and she just might make an appearance at the Nurses’ Ball anyway. Speaking of which, someone else is going to take center stage at the Ball who will take everyone’s breath away, too. When Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) shows up on the red carpet, will Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) be the next person to lose consciousness?

This cat is out of the bag. Victor knows Anna and Valentin aren’t dead. He heard Anna’s voice on the other line when he set Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) up and forced her to roll over on them — just before he rolled her over a bridge banister and into the river below. As soon as Valentin and Anna realize there’s no point in them staying hidden anymore, they’ll come out of hiding ready to play hardball with Victor — who thinks he’s won again.

Victor might be suspicious of everything he’s been told at this point. If Valentin and Anna weren’t really dead, that means not only was Eileen turning on him but Laura Collins (Genie Francis) really was in on all of it. He will assume Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) likely is, too. Who can Victor trust at this point?

If Anna and Valentin weren’t really dead, is Lucy? He may have his doubts, and Vanna and the gang may have to go to extraordinary lengths to prove to him that she is. Meanwhile, Lucy will have to stay in the safe house. This isn’t going to delight her when she sees Anna and Valentin are able to go back to their normal lives.

Some folks are going to be stunned to see Anna and Valentin at the Nurses’ Ball when they thought they were both dead, but nothing is going to be more of a shock than when Nikolas arrives and Ava first lays eyes on him. As she mulls over how he could possibly be there in front of her, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will encourage her to accept reality and stop questioning it.
