General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that an interesting storyline is unfolding when it comes to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).

He’s currently dealing with his ALS diagnosis, and sadly the condition has him declining; however, he’s also involved in an arc with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

It looks like a love triangle is evolving between the three. He’s already shared a lip lock with Alexis, so what happens when he kisses Tracy, too?

Gregory isn’t dying tomorrow, but as his livelihood deteriorates, fans know he’s on borrowed time. This makes a possible love triangle between Alexis, Tracy, and Gregory an interesting concept.

As he doesn’t have much time to live if he kisses Tracy, will he come clean toA her about kissing Alexis?

He likely would, but how would Tracy feel about that? How would Alexis feel about knowing he kissed Tracy (when he eventually comes clean about it)?

Would the two women force him to choose between each other, or chalk it up to enjoying as much time with him as possible without adding complicated labels to everything?
