General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, November 12, tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will open up to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about a fate worse than death in Port Charles, New York. Franco just admitted his brain tumor is back, so he’ll talk about it being inoperable and how they should prepare.

Liz will cling to hope that some kind of treatment will save Franco, but he’ll really be bracing for the worst. For Franco, that’d be reverting to his old behavior and trying to harm his family. Franco obviously doesn’t want to die, but it’s preferable to hurting or killing Liz and the boys.

Next, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have news about Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), so she’ll look uneasy as she corners Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) to spill it. As for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she’ll sink deeper into Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) trouble as she wonders what he expects from her in return.

Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will give Carly his word on Thursday’s GH episode – and it looks like it’ll involve a promise to keep an eye on Sasha. General Hospital spoilers say Brando will also battle concerns as Cyrus plans to rectify a situation, so Brando will be a busy guy!
