General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, November 18 reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) braces as his time could come to an end. However, he has one card left to play. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) tells Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that they need to kill Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Plus, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) explodes.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos’ Rage

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday reveal that Carly will explode at Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Carly clearly sees Nina talking to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Caleb and Kyler Ends). In the preview for Thursday’s episode, Carly lashes out at Nina. Carly says she doesn’t know what she has to do to keep Nina away from Wiley.

Also on Thursday, Willow will set the record straight and tells someone “that’s not your decision to make.” This must be toward Nina as the tone isn’t one that Willow would use with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) mother.

Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) gets to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Will she get the chance to tell him that he’s not the father of Bailey Quartermaine, who is really Louise “Lou” August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom)? Or will someone manage to stop her before blurting out the words? Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) reels from Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) questioning. Maxie demands to know what kind of trouble Austin thinks she and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) are in. Will Maxie’s defensiveness have Austin dig for the truth?
