General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate it has been an explosive, yet sad, few days in the land of Port Charles. What started off as a standard soapy argument between Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) has spiraled into tragedy.
One second Kristina was verbally fighting with Ava, the next she was tripping over a bag, smashing through a window, and landing into the Metro Court Pool.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) stepped in for first aid and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) assisted, 9-1-1 was called, and Kristina was rushed to the hospital. After an emergency c-section, Kristina’s fate still hangs in the balance, and the baby she was carrying has passed on.
During the Monday, August 5 show when the doctor announced the baby was gone, fans witnessed some raw and emotional moments between many major players in this surrogate storyline.
One interesting one was between TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) where the son blamed Kristina for his baby girl’s death.

Could Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ so wrapped up in grief that they decide to lash back with a legal case against Kristina? Kristina is set to have some dicey moments in the hospital, but she will eventually get better and get back on her feet.
Once TJ and Molly start to grieve, will they both start to blame Kristina? The reason they reached out to her as a surrogate in the first place was because their initial surrogate backed out after she suffered a miscarriage.
She created a perfect scenario by donating her egg and giving Molly a genetic connection to the baby. There’s no way Kristina, Molly, or TJ will give this idea another chance, especially since the three clashed so much during her pregnancy.
One of the biggest red flags for TJ was Kristina’s dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but also the fact that she can be a loose cannon.

At this point, fans know that really no one is to blame for what happened in Ava’s hotel room – not even Ava, despite now looking guilty because of her lies. But will TJ and Molly feel as if Kristina didn’t think things through before going to Ava’s hotel alone, considering her past?
Will they decide to lash out with a lawsuit? Is that why Molly’s dad, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is returning? Will he represent the couple?

“The reason they reached out to her as a surrogate (Kristina) in the first place”??? Kristina, and only Kristina all but insisted on being a surrogate for Molly and TJ. Neither of them, including Alexis and Sam never thought it was a good idea, but she was relentless saying that she wanted to do that for ‘them’.
Kristina pushed to be the surrogate. TJ always had misgivings about the arrangement. He had to be persuaded. I don’t think this is a legal matter; it will not change the outcome of the accident. Ava did not push Kristina, but of course GH needs a villain.
Yeah, the entire storyline from the beginning is ridiculous. TJ needs to move on from Molly and all of them. I couldn’t believe Molly went to Kristina complaining about TJ to begin with, putting thoughts of them breaking up in Kristina’s self serving mind… Kristina is the only one responsible for the baby. You know it’s really saddening for us who have lost babies for GH to use it too many storylines and it’s senseless.
Tj and Molly need to back off Christina like seriously it’s ridiculous, TJ has become a big bully and he wants to play Christina for what happened to his child, he should’ve known how unstable she was her father is sonny Carinos for crying out loud, but now they want to sue Christina for their baby dying and now they’re gonna have Rick Lansing in the picture who this is gonna get ugly
OMG it’s not bad enough that ava subpoena stressing kristina out while pregnant, & forcing her to testify agenst her father, sonny in court making it hard for kristina to back out of it. Ava Kristina only went to ava room to confront her not thinking she was going to be pushed out of a window by ava. Ava pushed kristina threw a window forcing her to loss the baby who was by the way kristina baby because kristina, supplied her egg & carried the baby for 8/ in half months. Not to sound heartless but, Molly couldn’t even get pregnant with her dead eggs & Tj spearm so. Now on top of Tj & molly herrassing Kristina for 8 months about where kristina could go what she could eat & not eat, who she could be around & signing the writes over to Tj & molly from the time kristina found out she was pregnant. NOW molly & Tj are suing kristina for lossing the baby, who was by the way Kristina baby. Just when I thought Tj & molly couldn’t sink any lower then SCUM. It gos to show you thst kristina being sympathetic to the fact that her sister molly not being able to muster up a decent egg in her unless body to make a baby, or attest carry a baby to term. 8n the beginning when molly couldn’t have a baby with TJ. & was crying to Kristina she should of laughed in molly face when molly was crying about not being able to carry a baby with her husband. Kristina mistake was offering her sister her egg & carrying the baby to that ungrateful B molly & her domestic partner Tj. My heart & feelings gos out to Kristena for lossing her first baby. Kristina supplied the egg, & was /is always wll be the mother of that baby who passed away.no matter what Molly or Tj say.
Ava is guilty of some bad stuff, but she did NOT push Kristina out the window!! We all knew when Kristina insisted she be Molly’s surrogate that this would end badly somehow or other. But losing the baby is not Kristina’s fault OR Ava’s. For TJ and Molly to sue her would be completely ludicrous!! It’s a moot point now, but Molly, being an attorney, should have insisted Kristina sign over her parental rights as soon as the pregnancy was confirmed.
IT IS TIME SOAPS STOP KILLING BABIES!!!
