General Hospital Spoilers: Tragic News, Angry Accusations, Truths Revealed, Relationship Implodes

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of January 9-13 reveal there will be bad news, angry accusations and truths revealed! Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) delivers bad news, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) delivers an angry accusation, and truths are revealed at Wyndemere.

General Hospital Spoilers: Bad News

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are at GH, where they are meeting with Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). Willow had received a call that a bone marrow match had been found on the registry, and she and Michael head over to the hospital to discuss it. Willow didn’t start chemo until her second trimester of pregnancy over fears it could harm her unborn baby, but now her leukemia has progressed faster than expected.

But now Michael and Willow are dismayed and distressed as Terry says they have some bad news. The bad news likely comes from the donor registry-perhaps the potential donor is recently deceased?

GH Spoilers: All Will Be Revealed

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) looks worried as he follows Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) into a room at Wyndemere Castle. Dante looks very concerned and like he’s wondering what the Cassadine was doing with someone here. Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) recently surfaced, hypothermic and possibly amnesiac, on the Haunted Star during Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) birthday party.

Dante questioned her in her room at the hospital but she didn’t have a lot to offer in way of information, although her hospital bag of belongings contained a Christmas ornament. Perhaps forensic evidence on that Christmas ornament led Dante back to the castle, although the room he’s entering does not appear to be the room in the north tower.

General Hospital Spoilers: Angry Accusations

It looks like time has come to pay the piper for Carly Spencer, (Laura Wright) who has been keeping the secret she knows about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for months. Right after Harmony Miller (Inga Candranel) died, Drew caught Carly stealing a glass at Charlie’s Pub that Nina had recently drank out of. She explained Harmony had told her a wild story about Nina being Willow and Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) birth mother and she wanted to compare DNA.

Drew had helped get Willow’s toothbrush for the comparison, with the stipulation that Carly tells him the truth about the results, but she didn’t. Now Drew stares her down and hisses, “You lied to me—AGAIN”!

GH Spoilers: A Worried Mother

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confesses to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that she’s very worried. The subject of their conversation is likely Nikolas, and quite possibly Dante’s fact finding expedition over at Wyndemere Castle. She’s touched by Elizabeth’s loyalty to her son, but the fact is, he could be in some serious trouble. So far, no one except Elizabeth and Nikolas, other than his guard Demetrius (Ari Kappatos) know that Nikolas held Esmé captive for months. That is, unless Esmé suddenly recovered from her amnesia and spilled the tea, or the Christmas ornament contained clues to its origin.

General Hospital Spoilers: Truths Revealed, Nina Reeves Shocked

The truth that Carly has been holding hostage as Willow so desperately needs matching bone marrow, and Drew has obviously found out has been revealed. As Willow appears to be in pain, holding her head in despair at home, elsewhere, Nina is shocked! Early in the week, Ava Cassadine (Maura West) pays Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) a visit to express condolences for Britt’s passing.

Nina and Britt were first cousins, and in her box of belongings Sonny spies Willow’s medical chart. Nina and Sonny are shocked to find that Willow, who’s in her second trimester, is battling leukemia and they rush over to the hospital.

GH Spoilers: Will Carly Spencer Tell Nina Reeves The Truth?

As Sonny and Nina are praying in the hospital chapel, Carly comes in with a worried look on her face. Drew has come down on her hard for keeping the potentially life-saving secret, as if the donor match the registry found turned out to be Britt, Nina’s her cousin. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) may be a match as well, but maybe not-and Nina’s next in line as the next best match. Is Carly getting ready to tell Nina, and Sonny with her, the truth about Nina having had twins?
