General Hospital Spoilers: Trina’s Failure To Follow Her Gut Lands Her In Hot Water

General Hospital spoilers reveal Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) hasn’t had too much time to relax since she was exonerated of all charges against her for Josslyn “Joss” Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) sex tape scandal. She’s been trying to backtrack on schoolwork and make up for the time she lost after she was expelled from PCU.

All Trina wants is to get her life back on track and graduate in a few years with her friends, not a year behind them. She’s also been devoting some time to her new relationship with Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), and trying to put her feelings about Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) to bed. But now that things are starting to heat up with her beau, Trina is growing more concerned that something just isn’t right.

General Hospital Spoilers — Go With Your Gut

Rory recently invited Trina to go on a trip with him out of town — just the two of them. This was a seemingly sweet gesture on Rory’s part, but Trina was immediately unnerved. She just can’t shake how she feels about his invitation, and everything that might come with it. It’s possible Trina could be concerned about being alone with Rory and him expecting her to sleep with him when she’s not ready yet, but she hasn’t revealed any kind of concern about that.

It’s also possible Trina feels conflicted about leading Rory on even more because deep down she knows her heart is still with Spencer, but she isn’t acting on that either. In fact, she’s been rather adamant with herself about moving on and lying to herself in every way, shape, and form to make this thing with Rory work. Is it possible Rory caught on to that and he’s out for revenge?

GH Spoilers – Hint Rory Cabrera Isn’t Who He Seems

Word on the street is Rory is behind The Hook. Sure, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) attested to her attacker being a woman, but wouldn’t Rory look sweet with a wig? In all seriousness, what hasn’t been considered yet is also whether there is more than one Hook in town. Rory could be working with someone.

On the surface, Rory seems meek and mild, but his personality just doesn’t jive with being a police officer. Something about him seems saccharine, and that’s probably what Trina’s instincts are actually picking up on. However, she’s so busy lying to herself about how she feels about him, that she doesn’t recognize it when her gut is screaming the truth at her.

General Hospital Spoilers — Trina Robinson May Pay A Price

Trina had a conversation with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) recently at Kelly’s, and they spoke about Trina’s nervousness to go away with Rory. Ava had a valid point that Trina just might be struggling with the trauma Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) left her with after the sex tape scandal at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) cabin. That was a good enough excuse for Trina to give herself in the moment to agree to go on the trip with Rory. But now that those wheels are in motion, Trina is going to once again feel unsettled. Brushing it off as some remote form of Esme PTSD, she’ll head out of town with Rory and possibly become the next victim of The Hook. Will anyone be able to save her in time?
