‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, April 1: Laura’s Mystery Donor, Lucy’s Steamy Deal, Sonny & Carly’s Moment, Monica Honored

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, April 1, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the soap as well as the opening of the Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) Cardiac Care Center.

Also, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) quizzes Laura Collins (Genie Francis) on her mystery donor. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) share a moment.

Sonny Corinthos’ Bet

On Tuesday, April 1, fans will watch as Carly and Sonny get caught up. Carly might give Sonny all the latest updates about Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) treatment.

Carly could also bring up her poisoning and why she’s continuing to see Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). While they talk, Sonny will give his ex-wife some encouragement. Sonny says he would not bet against Carly.

While Carly is opening up to Sonny, will he do the same thing? Will he get honest about his upcoming surgery to get the pacemaker?

Lucy Coe’s Deal

Over with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), a preview clip shows her knocking on Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) door. Lucy announces with a smile that she has four words that are going to blow Sidwell’s mind. These words are probably, “We have a deal!” 

While Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) did smooth things over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) regarding Sidwell, this could be a decision she later regrets.

Plus, how will everyone feel when they learn that Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) was married to Sidwell? That’s an explosive secret that Sonny, as well as everyone at Deception, could reel over depending on what Sidwell does next.

Laura Collins Mystery Donor

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow reveal that Curtis and Laura will have a discussion about the mystery donor. Curtis raises his eyebrows at something Laura says.

That is when Curtis says that the mystery donor doesn’t seem to be much of a mystery to the mayor.

Fans will also join the celebration of GH being on the air for 62 years. It also marks the anniversary of the opening of the Dr. Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Care Center.

Fans can expect a nice tribute to Monica, as the show not only celebrates its birthday, but also the iconic character. Viewers will likely see plenty of “flashback” video clips of yesteryear!

In a preview clip for tomorrow’s General Hospital, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) looks around and says, “she looks pretty good for her age!” 

Plus, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) are at the hospital with Maxie.

Maxie says she can make that happen as she grabs what looks like a gift bag.
