‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 18: Anna’s Desperate Plea, Cupid’s Arrow, Lulu’s Despair, Brennan’s Big Secret

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, February 18, 2025, are here! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to make a confession.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) plays Cupid. Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) surprises Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).  Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) urges Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to take a chance.

Trina Robinson’s Valentine’s Day

In the next episode of GH, Trina and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) go out for Valentine’s Day together. On the date, Trina tells Kai that she has a confession to make.

It doesn’t look like anything negative or bad. In fact, when Trina says it at the table with Kai, she seems extroverted and throws her arms up excitedly.

However, we can’t forget Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) first impressions of Kai. There are also Kai’s team players, some who blamed Trina for his injury.

Although Trina certainly wasn’t responsible, maybe Kai will get some pressure for dating her.

Of course, it’s always nice when soaps allow a new couple to be happy for a little while. So, maybe Trina and Kai will have a storybook romance.

Harrison Chase’s Romantic Gesture

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will have a romantic gesture for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). In a preview clip, Chase is in the shower and yells out that there’s room for two. 

Jack Brennan’s Secret

Elsewhere, the episode on Tuesday, February 18 will feature Brennan surprising Carly. After learning about a secret, Carly says she likes knowing that about him.

Carly enjoys knowing something about Brennan that nobody else knows. However, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) already warned Carly about men with secrets! Is Carly just falling for another man just like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)? 

Speaking of Sonny, he was questioned by Carly after telling her about the custody deal with Ava Jerome (Maura West). However, Sonny covered his health issues. Could that prove to be a big mistake?

In tomorrow’s episode, fans can also expect Anna to implore Jason. Maxie plays matchmaker. Lucas has a special request to make of Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) wants a clue from Curtis. 

Also, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she feels like a failure as a mother.

Dante looks pretty sympathetic in the preview clip. While Dante’s wounds are fresh, could this mark a new beginning with Lulu?
