General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, October 20: Sam Seeks Sonny’s Help – Dustin Would Step Aside For Dante – Michael Gets Honest With Willow

ABC General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, October 20, tease that in Port Charles, New York Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) will give Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) an out if she wants one. Dustin will get that Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) return might’ve revived old feelings. If Lulu would like to reunite with Dante and put her family back together, Dustin will be prepared to let her go.

However, Lulu will struggle with a conflicted heart on Tuesday’s General Hospital episode. Although Lulu should stand by her decision to be with Dustin, she’ll obviously have a hard time shaking Dante. It’s only a matter of time before Lulu and Dante get back together, but Lulu may convince herself she needs to look forward now.

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthios And Willow Corinthos Looking Forward

Speaking of looking forward, that may be where Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) are looking, too. Willow and Michael have made separate decisions about their marriage, but have they made the same one? It may not matter after Michael shares some words from the heart.

Michael will feel like Willow is everything he ever could’ve wanted – both as a wife and as a mother for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). By the time Michael’s done with his sweet speech, Willow and Michael may be in agreement about their marriage being the real thing now.

Regardless, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be busy defying Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) orders and questioning Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). Chase will ask Brando if he knows why the PCPD closed the case and the investigation. Naturally, Brando won’t offer up any answers since he won’t want to blow his plan to join Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) organization.

Brando doesn’t plan to join as a legitimate team member, though that’s what Cyrus has in mind. Cyrus will approach Brando on Tuesday to see if they have a deal or not. It looks like Brando will formally accept the offer, but this is a dangerous situation that could head south quickly if Brando isn’t careful!

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Litens

Over with Sonny, he’ll listen to Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) plea for help. Sam is clearly worried about Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), but she isn’t making any progress with her mom. Perhaps Sam will fill Sonny in on Alexis falling off the wagon and hope he can assist her somehow.

Speaking of assistance, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hope to score some from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Although Nina refused to accept Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) help with the hunt for Phyllis Caulfield, Nina could still use someone like Curtis in her corner. Curtis will get updates on what Nina’s learned so far and undoubtedly vow to see what he can do.

At the PCPD, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will hope that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is forgotten – the sooner, the better. Carly will be anxious to put the whole case to rest, so Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) may offer guidance and some comforting words. Unfortunately, Carly’s Nelle drama is bound to get worse in the weeks ahead.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Does A Few Drinks

Finally, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) will toss back a few drinks with Valentin as they both sulk. Neither one of them has a great life right now, so they’ll make decent drinking buddies on Tuesday. Could Valentin and Brook Lynn make bedroom buddies at some point as well? It’s worth considering since GH is putting them in scenes together more often – and now alcohol is involved!
