General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 21 reveal that Carly Corinthos Morgan (Laura Wright) makes a confession to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returns home to find a shocking sight. Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) rushes to help Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) take down Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

GH spoilers for Tuesday reveal that Carly and Jason are now husband and wife. It is their wedding night and they have kissed. Carly will make a confession to Jason about her heart then and her heart now. However, Jason and Carly have no idea that Sonny is alive and coming home. How will that change the situation and how will Carly explain this to Sonny?

Meanwhile, Sonny is back in Port Charles and has walked into the home he shared with Carly. He walked through the living room, opened the patio doors, glanced at the photographs and made his way upstairs. In the preview clip, Sonny bursts open the bedroom door, but what does he find? Sonny might find Jason and Carly together, or the newlyweds could be in a hotel, which means the Corinthos’ bedroom is empty.

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday reveal that Valentin and Anna have learned that Peter is on his way back to Port Charles. Anna went ahead to chase the villain down before he gets to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Valentin made Anna promise to keep her phone on. However, the spoilers state that Valentin will race to help Anna. So, she might answer Valentin’s call and tell him that she has a gun pointed at Peter.
Another possibility is that Anna won’t take her eyes off of Peter and will not remove her finger from the trigger. If this is the case and she doesn’t answer Valentin’s call, he is going to assume that something is wrong.

I want Sonny to find Carly and Jason BEFORE they can consummate this ridiculous marriage. It's been a good story line to lead up to Sonny remembering who he is but now it's time for Jason & Carly to go back to being friends. I am just curious if Jason and Sonny's relationship will ever be the same………..
sonny has to blame nina . nina knew he was alive and carly and jason were planning to marry for that matter she knew when he was leaving the clinic jax or nina should have told sonny to hurry before it is to late shame on the writers
