Nina Lands In A Swiss Prison
The WSB extradited Nina to Switzerland, meaning she’s in Steinmauer-where Valentin has been before, prior to his escape and being a fugitive on the run.
But Switzerland is also where Z is based, where Valentin busted Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) as a double agent-and warned of the cold fusion weapon being worked on.

As a result, Valentin had his charges dropped, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also got Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) freed.
Perhaps that’s why Willow summons Valentin to her congressional office, because of his possible influence on Z.
In a preview of the scene, he tells her to make herself indispensable to the WSB-will he point her to Z in order to do so?
Valentin Gives Willow A WSB Strategy
Steinmauer is one of the most inescapable prisons, and it’s in Geneva, Switzerland; Nina isn’t the only one who’s been there-Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) was too.

This is where Z gave Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) a choice of going to, unless he worked for him-more than likely, he chose to work for Z.
If Willow wants to make the best impression to influence the WSB and prove herself indispensable, the best way to do so is to Z. Z is the highest head honcho in the worldwide WSB, and many heads over William Baines (Alimi Ballard)!
If Valentin refers her to Z, which it sounds like he might, then he’ll tell her exactly how to contact him, and advise her of any protocol she needs to follow.
Will Willow Seek Out The Mysterious Z?
Valentin, Willow, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Nina all know she’s been framed, and Willow is suspicious-she’s pretty sure that her ex-husband Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is behind it!
In a normal police investigation and in regular courts, with no body, there’s no crime-although there’s a disappearance. Everything Baines had on Nina would be considered circumstantial and she wouldn’t already be in prison.
But, unfortunately, the WSB doesn’t do things the way a police department would-and Miranda rights don’t even apply. That is why Valentin advises Willow to make herself indispensable to the WSB, and likely points her to Z!
