‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Video February 20: Joss vs Cyrus, Saving Lucky, Dante’s Wish, Stella’s Dilemma

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, February 20, 2025. It shows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) facing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) tries to save Lucky Spencer (temporarily played by Guy Wilson). (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here)

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) opens up to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). Plus, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) faces a possible moral dilemma.

Josslyn Jacks vs Cyrus Renault

On Thursday, February 20, fans will see Josslyn get into another dangerous situation. Right after Lucky’s syringe attack, Cyrus went to his cabin.

Standing in the doorway, Cyrus is surprised to see an unwelcome visitor inside. That is when Josslyn will find herself in grave danger! 

Saving Lucky Spencer

While Josslyn is facing Cyrus, Lucky collapses after being struck with Cyrus’ syringe. Liz was already on the phone with 911 when Cyrus and Lucky were brawling.

However, when Liz comes back, Lucky has a needle stuck in his leg. While Cyrus flees, Lucky collapses. Liz gets down on the ground and frantically tries to perform CPR. 

So, Lucky is the patient that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi (Wilson) try to save later this week.

Dante Falconeri’s Wish

General Hospital spoilers reveal that once again, Lulu and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) had conflict.

Afterward, Dante enlightened Lulu by telling her about BLQ’s fertility struggles. In a preview clip for today’s episode, expect Dante to tell Lulu that he wishes she knew Brook Lynn the way he did. However, Dante might eat those words after learning about BLQ’s big secret!

Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) tells BLQ it’s not enough but it’s all he can do.

In the next episode, also expect Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to ask Stella for a huge favor. However, this could put her in a moral dilemma.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) advises Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) admits there’s only one thing holding him back.

Jason wanted to kill Cyrus but he was advised not to for Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) sake. Of course, Jason likely doesn’t go after Cyrus, but the villain probably ends up dead anyway.

That could have Jason facing a whole new set of problems based on his very public threats!

Also, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) makes another big move with Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
