ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal that Port Charles, NY’s longest tenured mob boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is missing and it doesn’t look good. There is an eyewitness account of exactly what happened to him and how, and now the race is on to find him dead or alive, preferably the latter.
But if the corpse is found, or perhaps if no body is found, there will be a turf war over who takes over his OG territory. And the combatants may surprise you!
General Hospital spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Is Missing In Action And It Doesn’t Look Good
This week Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Julian Jerome (William deVry) were flung into the cold, cold waters off the coast of New Jersey and only one of them came out—dead. For now no one knows where Sonny is but Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are on a mission to find him.
At the Corinthos mansion, after Jason informed Carly there was a bridge collapse in New Jersey and Sonny disappeared, she demanded that Jason take her there. Once there they scour the river bank where they can see about one inch in front of their faces in the black night.

Jason will go to the ends of the earth to save Sonny, who once saved him. He actually went in after Sonny, but was unable to find anything. He watched as the police unzipped the body bag to reveal it was Julian who was recovered and not Sonny and then practically toppled over.
There is no way he will rest until Sonny is found.
General Hospital spoilers – Who Will Take Over For Sonny Cortinthos?
There’s someone else who will fight just as fiercely for Sonny and that’s his son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). In a very revealing scene, this week Carly told Dante that he reminded her of Sonny more than ever before. Was that a foreshadowing of what is to come?
With Sonny MIA someone has to run his empire, be the man, and fight off Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). There are two men who are up to the task, but only one can be on top calling the shots.
Will it be Dante, whose psyche has been in the darkness for some time now? Or will it be the loyal heir apparent Jason Morgan? There could be an epic battle for control of Port Charles soon!

If Sonny comes back alive, will it be the real romantic reunion of Jason & Sam, or will it be the new romantic era beginning for Jason & Britt (new PC romantic couple) and for Sam & new PC male resident (new PC romantic couple #2)?

I think IT better be Dante!! Jason needs to take a sideline!! He’s just TOO much doing TOO much! Getting sickening for me! He needs to take a vaca from Carly and Cyrus storylines! Curtis should be more involved in Cyrus storylines! He’s more knowledgeable!
I thimk that Jason should be the one to run Sonnys empire Jason is Sonnys right hand man. He knows more about the business than Dante does. Besides Olivia wouldn't stand for it. She would say that it's to dangerous.
I think this could be interesting! With Sonny's amnesia, who will be the heir apparent? He may not remember Jason or his undying loyalty. And even though he may not remember Dante, once he learns that Dante's his son, will he place his trust in him to run the family business? After all, they do say "blood is thicker than water!"
Of course Sonny is still alive!!! This is General Hospital. Sonny is the star!

Jason will never go after sonnys territory while sonny is alive.
I believe that jason and sam can find there way back I understand what sam is doing it for her kids and that is what a real mom do I just believe they can work it out to be back together now jason should be the ones to run sonny business not Carly she should just run her business just saying I love her that is not here line of work leave it to sonny and jason Dante could never run Sonny business
