‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, April 29: Willow Panics, Lulu Blasts Cassius, Michael Schemes, Nina Cornered

General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, April 29, 2026. In the next episode, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will question Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) scores some juicy information.

Lulu Spencer Is Outraged

General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, April 29, hint that Lulu will be furious, and the center of that outrage will be directed towards “Nathan”.

The preview for tomorrow’s episode shows a clip where “Nathan” is telling Lulu that, “We have to send him away – for his own good!” Lulu looks very upset as Nathan is telling her this, so is he really proposing that “they” decide to send Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) out of town? There’s no way this is going to fly in Lulu’s world!

Speaking of Lulu, her mom, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), is set to meet up with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

In fact, Curtis is going to open up to his friend, so does he tell Laura about his suspicions regarding Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson)?

Curtis is convinced that Isaiah was the other driver involved in his and Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash and even asked ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) to look into it!

What will Laura think? Isaiah is her son, Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) best friend, after all!

Elizabeth Baldwin Corners Willow Cain

Over at the hospital, Liz will put Willow on the spot and start drilling questions at her! Liz went to visit Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) during the week of April 20-24.

The man started blinking furiously at her, and Liz was able to decipher that he was sending her an “SOS” message.

Although the good nurse took it as if Drew needed help, and saw it as a positive sign. Liz believes that Drew could start using other communications tools, but there’s no way Willow is going to let that happen, considering she’s placed him in that wheelchair – and he knows it! During the General Hospital preview for April 29, a scene is shown between Liz and Willow.

The hospital’s head nurse tells the congresswoman, “He was asking for help. Why wouldn’t your mom tell you that?” How will Willow respond?

In related news, Michael will have a new plan of attack where Willow is concerned. In fact, fans should expect to see the man run it by his mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), during Wednesday’s show.

Josslyn Jacks’ Juicy Intel

Elsewhere, Joss will come across some interesting information. What will the WSB spy find out? In tomorrow’s promo video, Joss is talking to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) as he tells his niece that it, “… might be right to question her choices.”

Will she find out that Carly is cheating on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna)? Still, unlike Lucas, Joss will know exactly who the mystery man is!

Finally, Jack will be looking to smooth things over with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The preview for General Hospital’s Wednesday episode reveals a clip of him walking into Nina’s office and suggesting the two “reset the tone of their relationship.”

Could they become friends? Could they become more than just friends?
