General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, August 19: Jordan Wants Taggert To Stay in Hiding – Maxie’s Shocker For Peter – Sam Doubts Brando

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 19, tease that the Nurses Ball telethon will continue, so it’ll be time for some exciting acts soon. Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will have his guitar when he shows up along with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). It looks like Cam’s got a great number lined up, so he’ll have to try and top last year’s.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will greet the teens with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) by her side. General Hospital spoilers say Portia will note that Cam, Joss, and Trina are cutting it a little close. Nevertheless, Cameron will still have a chance to get set up and do his part to make this event a success.

As for Curtis, he’ll hope he can convince Trina to warm up to him a bit. If they could move into toleration territory, that’d be progress! Unfortunately, Trina has been pretty hateful when it comes to Curtis so far. If Curtis expects to ease the tension, he’ll have his work cut out for him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Has Doubts

Portia will hear about Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) rushing off to deal with a work emergency, which may seem a tad fishy to the doc. Curtis might admit he has his doubts about the situation, too. Jordan can keep secrets, but she needs to work on her poker face!

On the pier, GH fans will see the rest of Jordan’s secret meeting. It appears Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) is alive and well, so he may recap how he faked his death with some help. Jordan was clearly in on the plan, but she’ll want Taggert to stay in hiding for now. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is still a threat, so Jordan will push Taggert to let her take care of this.

GH Spoilers – Franco And Elizabeth Baldwin Will Be At Odds

Other General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn will strengthen her connection with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Joss could probably use some advice or at least a sympathetic ear due to her Cameron dilemma. Josslyn knows Cam has feelings for her, but what about Trina? Since Joss may suspect there’s more than friendship going on there, she might seek Willow’s guidance.

While Joss and Willow do some bonding, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will remain at odds. General Hospital spoilers say Franco will ask if Liz is mad at him, so she’ll wonder if she should be. There are definitely problems in this marriage right now, but an overheard conversation could bring some positive updates later this week.

General Hospital Spoilers – Epiphany Johnson Will Be Agitated

Over with Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy), she’ll seem agitated as she tells somebody to mark her words. Whenever Epiphany’s around, she’s usually laying down the law! Meanwhile, Dustin Philips (Mark Lawson) will have an outburst of his own. He’ll make it clear to someone that something won’t happen again – and that someone may be Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane).

GH fans can expect Brook Lynn’s emotions to get the best of her. It seems Brook Lynn will get caught up in the song she co-wrote with Dustin, so that could lead to them getting too close for comfort. Since Dustin is dating Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), he may have to remind Brook Lynn that they’re just friends. There may have been something between them in the past, but Dustin’s moved on.

GH Spoilers – Damian Spinelli Will Talk With Robert Scorpio

Next, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will let Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) know she still doesn’t believe him – presumably about his lack of involvement in Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) crash. As for Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), he’ll talk to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) about the hot scoop he just scored from Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier).

Nelle got some juicy details from Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) – details that could help take down Peter. Since Spinelli thinks they’re all set, he’ll want to bring Maxie up to speed right away. Robert, on the other hand, may feel like they should hold off. It’d better get firm proof of Peter’s wrongdoing, especially since these new accusations came from a notorious liar like Nelle.

Nelle’s telling the truth, but why would Maxie – who adores Peter and truly thinks he’s a good man – believe a word out of that little blonde schemer’s mouth? Robert might remind Spinelli of that and hope they can keep working toward a takedown that Maxie has to accept.

Speaking of Maxie, she’ll announce something shocking on Wednesday. Maxie will seem rattled as she tries to explain backstage, so this may bring some fatherhood news for Peter. Wednesday’s preview video shows Peter looking relaxed as Maxie’s emotions bubble over. It seems Peter will be all-in on having a baby with Maxie, so that should be a relief – at least for now.
