General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, February 24: Carly & Nina’s War Over Wiley – Jason Gets A Warning – Anna’s Peter Plan Fails

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 24, tease that Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will reluctantly give Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) five minutes to say whatever it is she has to say. Of course, Alexis will want to use those five minutes wisely and deliver a sincere apology.

Alexis wouldn’t have slept with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) if she’d been sober, but there’s no going back and undoing it. All Alexis can do now is express how sorry she is and hope Olivia can find forgiveness in her heart. Although Olivia can’t just put the whole thing behind her, she might be willing to consider the idea of forgiving Alexis for her drunk blunder – at least in time.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna DeVane Wants A Discussion

Other General Hospital spoilers say Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will want to have an honest discussion with Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Now that Anna knows the truth about Peter’s actions, she’ll think it’s time that they faced the truth. Sadly, it’ll be tough getting a guy as deceptive as Peter on board with that plan.

Anna will hope she can nudge Peter into making a full confession, but it seems he’ll blame Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for lying. Even if Anna doesn’t admit the extent of her information or where she got it, Peter will surely assume Valentin betrayed him.

GH Spoilers – Maxi Jones Defends Peter August

Look for Peter to do something surprising during this confrontation, which he’ll hope will preserve his future with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and their baby. As for Maxie, she’ll be busy defending Peter to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) across town. There’ll also be a moment when Britt reaches out to stop Maxie from doing something – and Britt will almost seem a tad panicky about it.

Perhaps there’ll be some trace of Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) left behind near the table or something along those lines. If there’s any hint that could point to Liesl being there before Maxie’s arrival, Britt may work to cover her mother’s tracks.

Speaking of Liesl, she’ll rummage around Peter and Maxie’s apartment as she looks for hard Peter evidence. Will Liesl notice the envelope that was mailed to Peter – the one containing Alex Devane Marick’s (Finola Hughes) last will and testament?

That’d be an interesting discovery for Obrecht to make, especially since it probably confirms that Alex is Peter’s mother inside. Unfortunately, it appears Liesl may strike out when it comes to getting firm proof against Peter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Gets A Warning

Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will also pop up in Wednesday’s episode to offer Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) a warning. “You might be taking your eye off a much bigger prize,” Robert says to a scowling Jason in Wednesday’s preview video. Robert might argue that Jason should really be concentrating on taking down Peter instead of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) right now.

After all, Peter is the more pressing issue since his wedding to Maxie is rapidly approaching. General Hospital spoilers say Robert will battle concerns about not being able to stop the nuptials. Will Robert take one last opportunity to search through Peter’s belongings at his apartment? It’s a possibility to consider since we know Liesl will have a close call.

Obrecht will nearly get caught following her break-in, so that could mean Robert will force a break-in of his own. On the other hand, it’s possible Peter will wrap up his conversation with Anna and return home. There’s also a chance Maxie will get fed up with Britt’s refusal to listen and head back to the apartment sooner than planned.

Whatever the case, Liesl will have to think fast if she wants to avoid getting busted – and thankfully, that’s exactly what she’ll do. Obrecht will apparently slip out undetected and will hope to get a message to Maxie in the coming episodes.

GH Spoilers  -Nina Reeves On Cloud Nine

In the meantime, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be on cloud nine after getting a chance to see her grandson, Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). However, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) won’t be as happy about Wiley’s new grandma getting a reward.

Carly will admit the case surrounding Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) death will remain closed. She’ll warn Nina that this better be the end of her attempt at revenge, but she’ll go too far by using Wiley as leverage. “If you don’t play your cards right, it will be your last,” Carly says in Wednesday’s GH preview clip – most likely referring to Nina’s visit with Wiley.

Nina will undoubtedly fly into a rage since Carly will be acting so smug about all this. Perhaps Nina will fire back that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are the ones who get to make the decisions here. Carly may admit that’s true, but she might add that she’s certain Michael will take her side if Nina gets too nasty with any vengeful power plays.
