GH spoilers for Wednesday, February 7 reveal that loved ones will gather to say goodbye to Spencer. Everyone in Port Charles is reeling over Spencer and Esme’s alleged deaths.

Even more shocking is that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) managed to convince Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) to turn himself into the police.

As everyone gathers to say goodbye, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will share an emotional farewell to Spencer. Meanwhile, a surprise mourner appears for Esme.
