During an interview with ABC News, Francis said when Laura was younger, the soap focused on her vulnerability. However, the actress is so happy that the writers now concentrate on Laura’s strengths.

GH Spoilers – 15,000th Episode

It is teased that on Wednesday, June 22, a mysterious political force will target the mayor. Laura is under attack, which Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) seems to have warned Laura about at the end of Monday’s episode.

Now, Alexis didn’t say what was going to happen or who is behind it. However, Alexis said something catastrophic was going to take place the very next day. Alexis also told Laura that there was nothing she could do to stop it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Port Charles Comes Together

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 22 reveal that the attack on Laura will have nearly everyone in Port Charles coming together. In photos that were released, Laura and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) stand and smile at Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Laura seems appreciative and thankful as she holds Curtis’ hand.

In another image, Kevin and Laura stand in a room with Alexis at a podium. On the other side of the room, Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) stand together.

Gh Spoilers – Old Foe Resurfaces

At the time that the 15,000th episode details were released, the enemy coming after Laura wasn’t stated to be someone new or old. However, in a preview clip for Wednesday’s episode, Laura looks at someone, who isn’t seen on-screen, and asks how long they’ve been plotting.

So, it sounds like she recognizes this person. Now, if fans view this enemy as familiar or if this is someone from Laura’s off-screen past remains to be seen. What is known is that the story is only for this one episode and will not carry over into the regular storylines that are currently airing.
