In Wednesday’s episode, it is teased that TJ will be unnerved by what he sees. This could be seeing someone, or it might have to do with Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) test results. Harmony Miller (temporarily played by Priscilla Garita) hasn’t told Willow the truth about her parentage. So, maybe the test results will show something that doesn’t make sense to TJ.

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) made a compromise with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Alexis’ perspective on how she should run the story on Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) makes sense. Alexis said she would give Josslyn and Cameron the chance to tell their story if they were willing.

In the preview for Wednesday, Alexis asks someone if they’ve made a decision. In another scene, Josslyn asks Cameron if he is willing to stand up with her. Judging by the facial expressions and body language, Josslyn might want to take Alexis’ offer to take a stand. However, Cameron doesn’t look like he’s on board at all.
