General Hospital: Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore)General Hospital spoilers indicate that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) needs a new career. Since Alexis cannot be cleared or the teaching position that her professor suggested she apply for, Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) has a solution. Will Alexis take him up on his job offer?

General Hospital – Alexis Davis A Reporter?

General Hospital spoilers tease Shawn has recently had his name cleared after years in prison and has taken over The Invader. Shawn believes that Alexis will make a great reporter covering the injustices of the world. After all, Alexis is the one who pushed to help Shawn get out of prison.

Alexis could have gotten in major trouble while acting as a lawyer while she was in prison on General Hospital. Alexis believed in Shawn’s innocence and realized that the judge in the case was prejudiced. However, it took Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) to prove what Alexis suspected. Molly was instrumental in getting both Alexis and Shawn freed from Pentonville and they were eventually released.

GH Spoilers – Always A Lawyer

General Hospital’s Alexis will always think like a lawyer, however, she also still argues like one as well. Alexis’ professor suggested that she might be better off as a teacher instead of a student recently. Alexis cannot pass the background check as a teacher due to her felony conviction.

Alexis can use her vast knowledge of the law to offer an opinion on the injustices of the world and possibly offer advice on fixing them. A column in The Invader could certainly help people struggling with prejudices to know where to turn for help. Will Alexis accept Shawn’s offer on General Hospital?

General Hospital – Turning Over A New Leaf

General Hospital’s Alexis could be turning over a new leaf and getting a new lease on life as well. Alexis has battled her addiction to alcohol. Alexis almost killed Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as well. Alexis used her time in prison to not only reflect on herself but to help others as well. Now Alexis is at odd on what to do and needs something to occupy her time.

Working side by side with Shawn at his paper could be just the thing she needs. Alexis would be away from the temptation of alcohol. Alexis would be writing about something she is passionate about. Alexis would be helping others in the process since they could learn from her. Perhaps Alexis may even reconnect with Shawn as well now that they are working together.

Will Alexis be a success as a reporter? Should Alexis try to find something more challenging as an occupation? Is reporting Alexis’ new calling?
