GH spoilers reveal that Willow went to see Harmony, who is still in the ICU. Harmony tried to tell Willow something, but the medical alarms went off before she had a chance. After Harmony was given a sedative by Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), Carly convinced Willow to get some fresh air with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Then, Harmony asked Carly to come into her room.

In Wednesday’s episode, Harmony will make one last desperate plea. Harmony asks Carly to make her a promise. Harmony insists that Willow can never know the truth. Will Carly agree to keep this promise? Even if Carly keeps quiet about Nina being Willow’s real mother, the truth will eventually come out.
