General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, September 16: Mike’s Death, Sonny’s Final Farewell – Willow & Michael Connect – Brando & Joss Bond

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, September 16, tease that as Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) time winds down, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his loved ones will prepare for the end. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be convinced that Mike knows more than they think he does. Mike will realize what’s going on in Joss’ opinion, so that’ll serve as one more reason to Mike’s final moments extra special.

Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will decide he’d like to get in on this family farewell, so he’ll arrive to pay his respects. After Brando seeks confirmation that it’s OK, he’ll hopefully have one last chance to tell Mike goodbye. GH viewers will also see some bonding between Brando and Josslyn on Wednesday, so they should bring each other some comfort.

General Hospital Spoilers – Hason Mogan Get Updates

Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will get updates on Mike’s imminent passing and Sonny’s feeling that his dad’s waiting for something. After Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) fills Jason in, he’ll assure her that Sonny will figure out the right thing to do like he always does.

As for Sonny, he’ll talk to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and receive some difficult advice. Stella will think Mike’s ready to die, but he really needs Sonny’s permission. Although Sonny gave Mike permission many episodes ago, things are different this time. Mike is weak and his body’s failing him. It’s time for the suffering to end, but he needs one final shove into the great beyond.

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthis Opens Up

While Sonny gets Stella’s guidance, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will open up to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) – albeit reluctantly. Willow will sense that Michael’s hesitant, so she’ll offer plenty of reassurance. Since Michael’s proven what a great guy he is time and time again, Willow won’t think there’s anything he could say that’d make her think less of him.

Michael will feel comfortable enough to make an admission on Wednesday – perhaps one that relates to Mike or even Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). General Hospital spoilers say Michael will let his walls down with Willow and strengthen their connection.

As this episode concludes, so will Mike’s life. Sonny will have some “what might’ve been” moments as he sits by Mike’s bedside and considers an alternate reality. It’ll follow the pattern that GH writers have been playing out with Mike’s other loved ones.
