General Hospital Spoilers: What Does The Future Hold For Sonny And Carly?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sonny and Carly’s future might see a bit of a bump in the road. From the outside they look like the perfect couple but from within, there are suspicions.

According to Soaps in Depth, Sonny and Carly have long been a fan favorite couple and for a very good reason, too. Actress Laura Wright, who plays Carly on the soap, tells the publication, “They’re so solid. Carly has her stuff going on, and Sonny has his and because they are married, it mixes. What’s nice is they can still be the characters you love without having to split them up.”

So does this mean that it’s nothing but wedded bliss for Port Charles’ favorite couple? Not necessarily. While they are a solid team, they do have their conflicts just like any other couple out there.

Laura adds, “Sonny and Carly are still the voice of truth for each other. Carly calls Sonny on his stuff when he doesn’t want to hear it and that’s what Sonny does for Carly. Just because they are in love doesn’t mean you have to lose the intensity between them.”

And while things seem to be going great for Sonny and Carly right now, even daytime television fans know that anything can happen at anytime. In fact, Carly is growing suspicious of Sonny’s new friendship with Port Charles DA Margaux Dawson, another woman that is both beautiful and clever too. Just recently Carly told her best friend Jason that if Sonny does end up cheating on her with Margaux, they are done and their won’t be any second chances. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what happens next!

      Please do not split up Sonny and Carly. If Sonny helps Margaux with emotional support that’s fine but nothing else please.

      Why do the writers assume that the fans feel like no relationship can be good all the time. Sonny and Carly have been through a lot together. Leave well enough alone and work on finishing some of these horrible killing stories

      YAWN! They’re becoming old news maybe a younger woman is just what Sonny needs. Although the DA looks about Michael’s age, it would just be like Sonny to seek out fresh meat in his aging years.

      I’d rather see more Mike and Von storyline.
