General Hospital spoilers reveal that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is the son of Dominique Stanton (ex- Shell Danielson). Dominque came to Port Charles in 1991. Dominique died in 1993 on General Hospital. However, the character was briefly resurrected in 1997 on the GH spinoff, Port Charles. Dominique was a deaf woman trapped in a loveless marriage to Leopold Taub (Chip Lucia).

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dominique fell in love with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) when they met by accident. Dominique followed Mac to Port Charles and begged him to protect her from Leopold. Leopold and Mac eventually fought over Dominique. The shot fired in that gunfight restored Dominique’s hearing.

Leopold then had Dominique committed to Shadybrooke. Leopold was tied up in an international cartel that led to his death. Dominique then inherited Leopold’s fortune. Dominique and Mac reunited but they broke up over his relationship with Holly Sutton (ex-Emma Samms). Dominique’s jealousy over Holly got the best of her.

GH Spoilers – Dominique Stanton And Deception

Dominique went into business with Julia Barrett (Crystal Carson) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) in Deception perfume. Dominique found herself married to Scott after a weekend in Vegas. Of course, this was after a brief romance with Sean Donely’s son, Connor Olivera (Michael Lynch).

Upon returning to Port Charles, Dominique and Scott fell in love and canceled their plans to get a divorce. Unfortunately, Dominique was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor in 1993 and given months to live. However, Dominique was determined to give Scott a child so Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) became a surrogate for the couple and gave birth to their daughter, Serena Baldwin (Carly Schroeder). Dominique passed away right after hearing the baby’s heartbeat but has returned as a ghost since her passing for both Scott and their daughter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Who Is Cody Bell?

Cody Bell recently showed up claiming to be the child of Dominique. However, no one knows of any children of her besides Serena. Cody says Scott could have been his father in another life. Unless Lucy gave birth to twins, Scott could not be his father. This leads one to wonder if he could be Leopold’s child or Mac’s.

Of course, if Cody was Leopold’s he could be entitled to money from Dominique’s inheritance. If Cody belongs to Mac, he has the chance of getting to know his father, a man his bed friend looks up to. Of course, considering how twins pop in and out in Port Charles, it would certainly do to run DNA to rule out Scott. Cody’s age would certainly be a factor in finding out who his father was.
