General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is bound to know the truth and remember who he really is. What will happen to his relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when that happens. Will he still have feelings for her once he regains his memory and learns that he has a wife and family in Port Charles?
Sonny and Nina will have a serious conversation. She warns him that things will change between them if he learns about his past. In a preview video of upcoming scenes, Carly can be seen looking shocked while holding a bottle of champagne, probably during their wedding reception.

Back in Nixon Falls, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be caught off guard when she sees Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) at The Tan-O. She knows that she can no longer keep her secret. When asked what he wants, Jax will say that he wants to know what she’s been up to.
He’ll eventually see Sonny in the flesh. When the latter sees Jax look shocked and agitated upon hearing his name, Mike, he may confront him head-on and ask if he has a problem with his name.
GH Spoilers – Jasper Jax Pushes Nina Reeves To Tell Sonny Corinthos The Truth
Jax may force Nina to tell him the truth that his name is not Mike. She’ll be in a tight spot and Nina might not have any other choice than to come clean. Jax’s appearance in Nixon Falls and all the drama he’ll cause could very well be the reason behind Sonny’s return to Port Charles.
When Sonny finally recalls his past, will he rush back to Port Charles and crash Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) wedding reception? Will he be the one that Carly sees, as shown in the preview video? Will Sonny come back just in time to stop Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) impending mob attack?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Plans Mob Attack
In upcoming scenes, Cyrus will work together with Vincent Novak (Glenn Taranto) and Mr. Buscema (Burt Tangredi) as they plan a mob takeover. It seems like Carly and Jason will get to exchange vows but Cyrus and his allies may strike during their wedding reception. Imagine the reaction of the people at the wedding once they see Sonny return from the dead. Hopefully, his return will just be in time to stop the mob mess or minimize the damage it’ll cause.

I don’t want Carly and Jason to get married
Jax needs to take a picture of Sonny and send it to Carly or Jason and tell them Sonny is alive and he is in Nixon falls and how Nina has known the entire time.
Definitely feel Sonny needs to return to stop the mob war and the wedding. The easiest thing to end the Nina/Sonny madness is for Jax to send a pic of Sonny to a member of the family immediately instead of trying to make Nina realize she is delusional. But that is too simple, but at this point in time with the story line it is time for something simple to aid in ending it.
There are very few viewers who wish to see Carly/Jason marry for many reasons and that is probably why writers will allow it to occur. Their so called drama would be the two marry, Sonny returns, Sonny seeks revenge, etc. and it would take another year or more to conclude the madness.
