General Hospital Spoilers: Will Stefan Cassadine Return From The Dead?

General Hospital spoilers tease that fans might soon be seeing Stefan Cassadine again. That is, if the character manages to rise from the dead. Now that actor Stephen Nichols has wrapped up his run on Days of Our Lives as Patch, there’s a strong possibility that he might switch gears and head back over to General Hospital. And if so, there will be plenty of people that will be shocked to see him.

For Stephen Nichols, he’s made it pretty clear that he wouldn’t mind going back to Days of Our Lives or even General Hospital for that matter. After all, the timing is just about right. That’s because Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] is currently examining her Cassadine roots, with many fans wondering if Steve might actually be alive after all.

Mikkos and Helena’s first son arrived at Port Charles back in 1996. And while Stefan was definitely the better brother compared to Starvos, he still managed to cause a lot of problems. And it’s a throwback to those earlier years that might have Stephen return to the soap.

Speaking about his earlier days on General Hospital, Stephen told Soaps in Depth several years ago: “The first tow years on that show were just fantastic. There was excitement and attention on the character, so I had the best material.”

Now, whether or not Stefan will come back anytime soon remains to be seen. Of course, fans will just have to continue tuning in to find out what will happen next!
