General Hospital (GH) star Haley Pullos (ex-Molly Lansing-Davis) has been sentenced to three months of jail time after pleading no contest to her recent DUI charges.
She was involved in a car crash after driving on the wrong side of the road on a freeway in Los Angeles in April 2023. The soap opera actress was both high and drunk at the time of the incident.
In addition to the jail sentence, the 25-year-old will also serve five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and pay over $8,000 to the injured driver she hit, in restitution.

Prosecutors told the court that the actress had a blood alcohol level of 0.25 percent, which is over three times the legal limit.
Pullos originally pleaded not guilty to the charges, which consisted of two DUIs, as well as a hit-and-run; however, thanks to a deal with the DA, she changed her plea to no contest on one DUI, and the District Attorney dropped the other DUI charge, as well as the hit-and-run.
When the Pasadena Court Judge, Terry Smerling asked if Pullos understood that pleading no contest carried the same weight as a pleading guilty, she replied, “Yes, your honor”. According to reports, she showed little emotion as the deputies handcuffed her hands and led her to the cells. Meanwhile, her mom, Judy Pullos, was seen sobbing.

As per reports, after Pullos has served her three-month jail term, she’ll return to court for a sentencing hearing, which takes place on July 29.
During that time, the actress will be placed on probation and can begin her 200 community service hours. In addition, her driver’s license has been suspended for one year.
She is also ordered to stay, for a time period yet to be determined, in an alcohol and drug rehab program. Pullos has already been attending a facility of this sort for a number of months.
Haley has also ordered to pay $8,260 to Courtney Wilder, the 23-year-old who was rushed to the local hospital in critical condition and underwent emergency surgery when Pullos collided with her car, head on, on the 134 Ventura Freeway. Wilder is suing the actress in a separate civil lawsuit for negligence.

Me too. I think this was a wake-up call for her. Thankfully that no one was killed. My son lost his dad at a very young age due to a drunk driver.

Sorry, I have no sympathy for this girl who doesn’t have a care in the world and is a spoiled brat who thinks the world should bow to her every wish! When after the accident all she cared about was her expensive blouse! That says it all to me! Make her pay, jail and huge fine as well as a judgement against her by the victim of the accident by this drunk idiot!!!
