General Hospital Star Maura West Shares Exciting News

General Hospital star Maura West has every reason to be the proudest mother on the planet right now. The beautiful daytime television actress, who plays Ava Jerome on General Hospital, recently shared behind-the-scenes photos of her sons’ high school graduation. Her two boys Benjamin Knight and Joe West recently graduated from their schools near Los Angeles.

Maura, who actually has five children in total – three sons and two daughters – shared her joyous news on Instagram with her social media followers. Both of her boys will be headed to college, which is something every mother dreams of.

The proud mother and actress wrote, “One week, two sons – one graduation each, countless laughs, tears, memories — all five kids under my roof again (for now) Immeasurable love!!” While her son Joe wrote, “class of 2018! I’ve had such a fun high school journey. to those who helped me along the way (there are a lot of you): I appreciate everything you’ve done for me & I couldn’t have done it without you. off to #vassarcollege!”

Meanwhile, Maura’s character Ava is dealing with one problem after another. Her daughter Kiki is dealing with her own #MeToo situation as Dr. Bensch is getting a little too close for her comfort. Also, there’s a strong possibility that Ava might move on with Valentin, that’s the buzz in the GH rumor mill this month. Fans will just have to tune in to see what’s in store for her!
