General Hospital Spoilers – Netflix’s “Monster” Season 2
General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Chavez’s role in the Netflix series was recently announced. Season 2 is a follow-up of Season 1 The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. Season 1 told the story of the serial killer played by Evan Peters.
Season 2 will focus on the story of real-life brothers, Eric and Lyle who were convicted of murdering their parents, José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menéndez, in 1996. Eric and Lyle confessed to killing their parents eventually. However, the brothers claimed they murdered their parents because of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
This case continues to unfold after all these years. The latest new developments occurred in May. Joe Rosselló, a former band member of Menudo, claimed to have been molested by José Menendez at the age of 14, prompting the brothers to file for a new hearing.
GH Spoilers – Will The Menendez Brothers’ Lives Be Covered?
Currently, it isn’t known if the brothers’ lives will be covered. However, Netflix has a forthcoming documentary that offers access to information on the brothers’ lives. Of course, there is also plenty of information on the internet that can be found about the case and their lives.
A leading role in a Ryan Murphy series will certainly give both Koch and Chavez a boost since they are relative newcomers to the industry. Koch previously played Chase in Season 1 of the Starz drama, Powerbook II: Ghost. Koch’s most recent role was in the horror films, Swallowed and They/Them. Chavez currently plays Spencer Cassadine on General Hospital.
General Hospital Spoilers – How Does The Writers’ Strike Affect The Casting?
Currently, both Netflix and Murphy’s representatives declined to comment. However, it seems that the roles were cast before the writers’ strike happened. Murphy hasn’t been involved in any activities since the strike leading one to believe that the series will likely be on hold until the strike is settled. However, there haven’t been any dates given for an end to the current strike.
Until filming starts, fans can still watch Chavez on General Hospital as he tries to keep the peace between his girlfriend, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Fans are still excited to see Chavez in a different role and cannot wait until the new season of “Monster” appears.
