General Hospital Wild Speculation: GH Pulls A Dallas Move - It Was All A Dream?General Hospital’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have promised that Sonny’s return is “Must See TV.” Well frankly, we have seen nothing must see about it so far. Most fans are not happy with this storyline and want it to end.

General Hospital Spoilers – GH Needs A Rewind

General Hospital’s “Mike” (Maurice Benard) may have been a welcomed break for the Sonny portrayer but for Sonny fans he did not score any points. Sonny fans want their favorite mobster, not some man that is willing to give up and not even look for his family. Mike has become complacent and unmotivated. Mike has allowed himself to be lead around by the nose and acting like a teenager with raging hormones instead of a grown man. Gone is the man who fought for his life for years because his stepfather beat him daily. Gone is the guy who tried to protect his mother. This guy seriously left fans asking where is Sonny? This generic very of Sonny has become nauseating. GH needs to rewind this entire story.

GHJ Spoilers – Dallas Did It, So Can GH

General Hospital writers need to take a page out of CBS’s primetime soap, Dallas’ book. Season 9 of the soap centered around the death of Bobby Ewing and everything that happened with the family after his death. However, seeing the error in their judgment the entire season without Bobby was revealed to be a dream. General Hospital could do the same thing and repair all of the out-of-character writing between four of the most popular characters on the show. How can this be repaired? Could a rewrite be made believable?

General Hospital Spoilers – The Reset Button

General Hospital writers could simply rewind to the morning after Sonny fell off the bridge with Julian Jerome (ex-William deVry). Carly is startled awake after dreaming that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had kept Sonny away from her for all this time. Carly gets a call from Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) from the clinic where Sonny arrived after being discovered on the river bank. Phyllis has, of course, seen Sonny’s face on the news as the story of the mobster’s disappearance has been circulating. Carly and Jason arrive in Nixon Falls and bring Sonny home. Sonny’s entire disappearance and “Mike” become nothing but a huge nightmare born out of fear that Sonny had died. This would be “must-see TV” returning Sonny to his family and ending this Jarly lovefest.

Will General Hospital writers go this route? It would certainly be something that fans do not expect. This would also redeem Nina and return Carly and Jason’s relationship back to normal. Only time will tell if they will do this to salvage this story.

      YES! Please let this be a DREAM so the main characters can get back to their normal selves.

      i said the same thing on here 3 weeks ago on 1 of these that it would be like season 9 of "dallas" a waste of watching i hope they do i am pretty certian G.H can pull it off better than dallas because dallas the whole story made zero sense for it to be a dream but sonny really fell off the bridge so he could have been in a coma the whole time carly dreamed and that way nina will not have to be redeemed for viewers it makes the most sense for this to be a "dream"

      You cannot make this a DREAM, Nina needs to go – playing things this way is worse than the current storyline. The relationship between Sonny-Carly-Jason, needed to be shaken up it's been so stagnant. I love that Jason and Carly and begun to resurrect their feelings, that have been pushed down due to their mutual love of Sonny.

      So these writers have made fans suffer for many months of watching Nina get away with keeping Sonny away from his family and these Terrible writers now want to make it a Dream.What a joke Nina needs to lose everything and everyone she cares for starting with Sonny and Wiley
