General Hospital Spoilers – Duck, He’s Throwing Barware Again!

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that before Sonny was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, he would spiral out of control rather frequently, and every time he’d go into a low mode and get angry he’d throw barware and break it! General Hospital viewers know that broken glass can be every bit as deadly as a bullet, if someone is in the wrong place at the wrong time and it breaks on the wrong place on their body!

For instance, a glass breaking on someone’s neck could cause a shard of glass to cut someone’s carotid artery, one to the temple could kill them instantly, one to the wrong place on the leg could sever a femoral artery! Recent events in Sonny’s life could cause him to go off his bipolar meds, either intentionally or just Sonny forgetting to take them; it’s pretty difficult to remember to take your medicine when you’re too busy getting drunk!

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Kicked Sonny Corinthos To The Curb, He Went On A Drunk!

General Hospital viewers will remember that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) kicked her husband to the curb after finding out that he, as amnesiac “Mike” fell in love with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in Nixon Falls! True, she found this out in a rather embarrassing way for all concerned – when Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was forced to testify at Nina’s preliminary hearing, and then Sonny was also called up a second time.

This was hearing something private in a public forum for the first time, and although that was a shock, she’d never told Sonny she and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) had fallen back in love when he was gone, either. General Hospital viewers have to wonder how Sonny would react if the shoe were on the other foot and he found that out now, after Jason’s presumed death and Carly never having had told him!

General Hospital Spoilers – A Lot Of Loss In A Little Time, Sonny Corinthos Could Spiral

General Hospital viewers know it doesn’t take a lot to throw even a strong person off balance when it comes to loss of relationships, whether it be rejection or deaths, and Sonny’s suffered both. General Hospital viewers will remember that Sonny had gotten very close to Phyllis Caulfield’s (Joyce Guy) late husband, Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) and Sonny/Mike was Phyllis’ rock when that happened suddenly!

True, Sonny was in his amnesiac Mike persona then but he has Mike memories and feelings as well as his Sonny memories and feelings now-he’d barely had time to process Lenny’s death when Peter August (Wes Ramsey) showed up! Then, not long after he returned to Port Charles having regained his Sonny memories, Jason left town to help Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) find her kidnapped mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and was killed in a tunnel collapse! Then, Carly dumped him and now his old friend and uncle-in-law Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) is dead!
