General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of September 7, 2026. We can expect to find out Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) fate. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) goes behind her granddaughter’s back.

Plus, Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) gets an eyeful. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Britt Westbourne’s Fate

Let’s start off with the most heart-thumping storyline. Britt thought she was going to meet her mother, Liesl Orbrecht (Kathleen Gati).

However, it was actually Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). The police commissioner is continuing to follow hallucination Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) orders.

While things don’t look too good for Britt right now, there is a chance that someone could save her.  However, that would expose Anna’s psychosis!

As for who stops Anna’s killer move, it will probably be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The man issues a desperate plea, then tries to reason with a loved one. That sounds like Jason gets in the middle of the altercation.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Betrayal

Over with Tracy, she decides to go behind Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) back. With Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) demanding answers, BLQ is hoping he will understand. If Tracy goes behind BLQ’s back, she’ll likely make sure Chase can’t prove a thing.

Drew Cain’s Toy

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 7 reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is out for all kinds of revenge.

That leads to him paying a visit to Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). In fact, the man toys with Willow. However, Drew better be careful as he’s hiding his own killer secrets!

Jordan Ashford’s Revelation

As for Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she makes a shocking revelation. Is this about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Aurora, Drew, or perhaps something else? In any case, I love Jordan and am looking forward to more of her front-burning scenes.

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will explode. Meanwhile, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) demands answers. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) are blindsided. 

Hudson ends up getting an eyeful. Plus, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) worries about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). 

We can also expect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to stand her ground. With the dog about to uncover Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) body, things are about to get explosive! However, I doubt the whole truth will come out right away, so stay tuned!
