The feel-good channel’s reinvented streaming channel Hallmark+ has announced the first of a new movie trilogy, Love On The Danube: Love Song.
Filmed on an iconic river cruise boat, with spectacular views of Europe, this first movie sees Nazreen Contractor and Wes Brown falling in love while attempting to match-make their parents. Love On the Danube: Love Song on Hallmark+
According to the official synopsis, Sarah (Contractor) is traveling with her mother on a European Riverboat Cruise. Onboard, she meets Jack (Brown), who is cruising with his father.
The couple immediately forms a connection and realizes their parents are also making friends. Sarah and Jack come up with a plan to romantically set up their parents, including coordinating times for them to casually meet, and even taking them shopping for their “dates.”
The more time they spend together, trying to engineer a romance between their parents, they discover that Sarah and Jack have a genuine romantic connection themselves. Ironically, they start plotting their own matchmaking scheme. Meanwhile, once Sarah and Jack realize their connection, they decide to pursue their romance.

Nazneen Contractor, who plays Sarah, has previously starred in Children Ruin Everything. She leads opposite Wes Brown, of A Biltmore Christmas fame.

The first movie in a new, original trilogy hails from Hallmark Media, with Leif Bristow and Michael McLaughlin serving as executive producers. Agnes Bristow, Borga Dorter, Hubert Toint and Mark Vennis are producers, while the movie is directed by Terry Ingram from a script penned by Agnes Bristow.
