The new, original movie, A Paris Proposal, is coming to Hallmark Channel, starring Alexa PenaVega and Nicholas Bishop. Moreover, the movie was partially filmed on location in the City of Light itself. The movie is set to premiere on Saturday, February 11, as part of Hallmark Channel’s annual Loveuary programming event. Filming partly on location in Paris at the most iconic places, A Paris Proposal tells the story of Anna (PenaVega), an account manager for a New York City advertising agency. According to the official synopsis, she has the opportunity to land the biggest client of her career – Durand Diamonds. However, much to her chagrin, her boss sends her and her colleague, Sebastian (Bishop) to the City of Light to make the pitch and seal the deal.

However, Anna’s by-the-books work style clashes with Sebastian’s looser approach and his over-the top ideas that dazzle the client. In fact, the ideas exceed budget realities that land the pair in hot water. On top of this, Paris holds painful memories for Anna, since that is where she and her now ex-husband honeymooned at the start of their short, one-year marriage.

When they arrive in the City of Light to meet the client, a misunderstanding leads the Durands to believe Anna and Sebastian are married. This makes the potential client excited about the prospect of having a real-life couple in charge of the creative vision for their brand.

They work together on their campaign pitch and try to keep up appearances of being a happy couple. However, this becomes more complicated when Sebastian’s family becomes involved. However, they begin to learn more about each other and the most romantic city in the world might just be working its magic.

Meanwhile, when the truth about their relationship, or lack thereof, comes to light, will this mean the end of their professional partnership, as well as their budding romance?

Cast of the Hallmark Channel Loveuary movie

A Paris Proposal stars Alexa PenaVega as Anna, known for her many roles on Hallmark Channel, including Love in the Limelight. However, she has also starred as Carmen Cortez in the Spy Kids films, and Carlota Casagrande in Nickelodeon’s The Loud House. Meanwhile, she leads opposite Nicholas Bishop in his role as Sebastian, who is known for many roles. His latest roles have been in Covert Affairs, The Mentor, Castle, Fat Tony & Co., Dominion and Legends of Tomorrow and more.

According to the IMDb page for A Paris Proposal, the movie also stars Daniel Lundh as Gabriel. The actor has previously starred in Glow & Darkness, Ferdinand of Navarre, High Seas, Pierre, Morocco: Love in Times of War and Midnight in Paris.

Regrettably, at the time of writing, no further cast has been announced for the Hallmark movie.
