Hallmark Channel is about to release the movie, A Safari Romance, starring Andrew Walker and Brittany Bristow. The new, original movie, heads into the heart of Africa, where Megan (Bristow) is a research scientist, while Tim (Walker) wants to make an immersive, safari-themed attraction. Andrew Walker and Brittany Bristow star in the new, original movie, A Safari Romance on Hallmark Channel. The movie airs as part of the network’s popular annual Summer Nights programming event.

According to the official synopsis, Megan (Bristow) is a research scientist living her dream in South Africa. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Ethology while working as a ranger on a nature reserve. Tim (Walker) an American theme park designer, arrives to capture footage for an immersive, safari-themed attraction. Meanwhile, Megan serves as his guide while they explore the savanna and watch elephants, giraffes and lions in their natural habitats.

As they open up to each other about their dreams, the couple begins to grow close. That is, until Amy (Simoné Pretorius), a woman from Tim’s past, arrives to take over the project. Meanwhile, Amy’s reckless disregard for rules puts Megan’s job at risk and threatens Megan and Tim’s budding romance.

Moreover, Megan, knowing Tim will soon return home, is wary of giving her heart to someone who lives half a world away. However, she may discover that love is an adventure worth taking.

Andrew Walker, who plays the role of Tim, has previously been seen in Three Wise Men and a Baby and Bottled with Love. Meanwhile, Brittany Bristow, who plays Megan, has starred in Holiday Date and Love, Romance & Chocolate. Of interest to note, Bristow also starred in the 2018 movie, Love on Safari, which was also filmed in South Africa.

Simoné Pretorius, a South African actress, plays Amy and has previously starred in Hotel and For The Birds. Other cast members include South African actress Samke Makhoba, who plays an uncredited role and has starred in Surviving Gaza and Collision. Meanwhile, South African actor Maxx Moticoe, is also in an uncredited role and has previously starred in Happiness Ever After and Die Sangoma Sindroom/The Sangoma Effect.
