Hallmark News – Bruce Campbell In One December Night

While Bruce Campbell is a legend of the horror genre, Hallmark Channel’s festive lineup has him starring in a very different role. The star of Evil Dead and Spider-Man 3 will feature in a warm and heartfelt Christmas movie, One December Night, set to land on the Hallmark Channel in November.

The story of Bruce Campbell and One December Night was originally revealed by The Screening Place. They described the movie as “a wonderful heartfelt Christmas tale about friendship, music, family, and the things that ultimately bring us all together.” Obviously, this is a different concept altogether for the horror actor.

The filming is currently ongoing in upstate New York and production is set to wrap later this month. One December Night is directed by Clare Niederpruem and also stars Peter Gallagher, Eloise Mumford, Didi Conn, Brett Dier, Jenna Stern, and Andrew Durand. Campbell’s character in the film is Steve Bedford.

Hallmark News – Other projects for Bruce Campbell

While starring in the Hallmark Christmas film, One December Night, this doesn’t mean he is straying from his normal genre on a permanent basis. He is starring in the upcoming horror-comedy, Black Friday! that tells the story of employees in a shopping mall where things get gory on the busiest retail day of the year. While the movie does relate to Christmas in a way, this is more the actor’s speed. There is no news yet as to when that movie will release. Meanwhile, Bruce is also set to cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. This will mark his first appearance in a Marvel film since Spider-Man 3.

Make sure you watch Bruce Campbell in his role in One December Night, coming to the Hallmark Channel on Saturday, November 13.
